Chizhou Park Project|Concept Planning: Wu Zheng (Beijing Huigu Guangyang)|Design: Zhang Zhaohong|Fabrication & Installation: ODE
The Chizhou Park Project is rooted in the city’s rich regional cultural heritage. Through public art, it translates local history, folk traditions, and humanistic spirit into a tangible urban art landmark. By combining round sculptures and relief sculptures, the work creates a narrative-driven spatial experience within the park, forming a layered cultural landscape.
The composition centers on figurative elements, objects, and scene-based sculptures, complemented by background reliefs that carry regional context and storytelling elements, together forming a cohesive artistic narrative system. During the fabrication stage, the design clearly defined a multi-material and multi-technique approach. Leveraging its expertise in integrated material systems and complex fabrication processes, ODE precisely executed the coordination of different materials, faithfully realizing the original material intentions and artistic expression, ensuring consistency between craftsmanship and visual outcome
