As a benchmark project of the Four Seasons brand in North China, Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin is co-designed by renowned international teams including WATG (USA) and PYR (France). It blends the Art Deco style with the cultural heritage of Tianjin. Our team undertook the detailed design, fabrication and installation of the hotel’s metal art decorations and artistic ornaments, which have become a core highlight elevating the high-end tone of the space. Using red copper and brass as base materials, we created a series of works including antique brass grille partitions, copper art walls with flying bird motifs, water-ripple wall decorations and swan-shaped sculptures through exquisite craftsmanship such as chemical antiquing, hand forging, wire drawing and coloring. The iconic metal bamboo forest installation in the lobby, made entirely of brass, endows the metal with a gentle and elegant oriental texture, perfectly echoing the design theme of “Chenguang Jindü” (Morning Light over the Ferry).
