“Rongxing Huijing”｜Metro Public Art Installation

Designed by the CAFA team and realized by the ODE team, “Rongxing Huijing” integrates traditional architectural aesthetics into a contemporary underground transit space.

The artwork uses fire-resistant microcrystalline glass with CNC-engraved roof tile textures as its base. Pavilion structures are crafted from antique bronze through CNC hollow carving and layered welding, while stainless steel lines define the architectural contours. White birds, embedded as sculptural elements, add movement and rhythm to the composition.

During the realization process, the ODE team coordinated multi-material installation, artistic finishing, and metro-grade technical standards, achieving a fusion of traditional Chinese architectural aesthetics and contemporary public art craftsmanship.
