The sculpture Mountain was creatively designed by Zhang Zhaohong from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, with Wu Zheng as the project planner. Our team was responsible for the detailed design, fabrication and on-site installation. Located in Lu’an, Anhui Province, it is crafted primarily from red weathering steel. Drawing inspiration from the light crimson landscape paintings of the Song and Yuan dynasties, it features a continuous undulating wave-like structure that mimics the form of mountains, with smooth, dynamic lines making it a public landmark that combines artistic aesthetics with functional identity.
