Shanghai Hysan Place

Shanghai Hysan Place is a high-end commercial and office landmark in the prime Nanjing West Road business district, co-developed by HKR International Limited and Swire Properties. Designed by Oval Partnership, a Hong Kong-based architectural firm with numerous international awards to its name, the project has been honored with the LEED® Platinum certification.

As the service provider for the detailed design and construction implementation of all metal decorations for the project, we undertook the full customization of metal finishes for T1 and T2 Towers. The antique bronze gradient folded metal grille wall in the T1 office lobby stands out as the highlight: fabricated with high-precision CNC bending technology to create continuous gradient folded surfaces, the metal surfaces are treated with vibratory sanding process and finished with antique bronze coating, delivering a delicate matte texture and layered visual rhythm. The design aligns perfectly with the project’s modern and luxury positioning, enhancing the high-end business ambiance of the space.
