Sunac Central Plains No.1 Courtyard is a benchmark project under Sunac China’s TOP-tier product line. Jointly designed by Shanghai Lacime Architectural Design, TOPO Landscape Design and Li Weimin Interior Design Team, it was honored as one of the Top 10 Luxury Mansions in Asia in 2018.

As the contractor in charge of the detailed design and construction implementation of all metal decorations for the project, we undertook the full-process customized delivery of copper main entrance gates, feature walls, columns and supporting decorative components. In terms of material finish selection, we accurately aligned with the project’s core temperament of “solemnity and elegance” and formulated the dark antique copper matte wire-drawing finish. This treatment not only softens the inherent rigidity of copper, but also echoes the design team’s Song-dynasty aesthetic concept perfectly with its composed and understated hue. From the proportion optimization in the detailed design phase to the millimeter-level precision control during on-site installation, we precisely recreated the design masters’ vision with our professional craftsmanship implementation capability, contributing to the project’s prestigious award and becoming an indispensable part of this honor.
