The Xinda Taihe · Shanghai Courtyard project engages the design team of HMD/Qidaoer (Anchordor) for architectural and architectural decoration design, with its core concept of “Rooted in Chinese Essence yet Free from Archaism, Embracing Modernity yet Uninfluenced by Western Tropes” shaping the spatial ambiance.
As the contractor for the detailed design and construction implementation of the project’s supporting metal decorations, our core strength lies in the precise interpretation of the creative design’s core philosophy and conceptual inspiration. We skillfully circumvent the inherently dull and dated aesthetic tendency of copper materials, formulating a warm light bronze finish that achieves seamless integration with the stone texture. Meanwhile, by referencing the natural color and grain of light-toned stone materials, we optimize the coordination scheme for metal components and lighting, thus realizing the perfect harmony between the exquisitely polished luster of metal and the serene elegance of stone textures.
